Important information about our shipping services and delivery options
Here at Juice for Days, we want you to have the items as early as possible. We understand shipping fees can be very complicated so charge you a Flat rate. We use various companies' i.e. Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and DPD depending on the size, shipping address, and content of your package to ensure the items reach you quickly.
Important: Refurbishment Schedule
DUE TO REFURBISHMENT WE WILL NOT DISPATCH ON CERTAIN DATES UNTIL 20TH OF JANUARY.
Dates we will not dispatch on: 28th December, 2nd January, 5th January, 9th January, 17th January.

DHL Express
- Cut off time: 11 AM for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 11 AM will be posted the following day.
- Collection days: Monday to Friday
- Items collected on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
- No delivery on bank holidays.
- Note: If you select DHL outside the delivery area, your delivery will be automatically sent via Royal Mail within the U.K.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® Next Day Delivery
- For UK Mainland customers
- Royal Mail delivers 96% of parcels the next day (may take longer for certain postcodes)
- You will receive your tracking information on the day of delivery via SMS/Email
Royal Mail Tracked 48®
- Royal Mail aims to have parcels delivered within 2 working days
- Royal Mail delivers 96% of parcels within 2 days (may take longer for certain postcodes)
- You will receive your tracking information on the day of delivery via SMS/Email
RM24 - Royal Mail 24
⚠️ Limited Tracking & No Refund Policy
- Serviced by Royal Mail. 95% of items get delivered.
- Not fully tracked: Tracking can be provided upon request, showing delivery confirmation with accurate GPS location.
- Important: If an item gets lost or damaged, Juice for Days will not be responsible. This service is not insured, so no compensation will be provided.
- We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders sent using the RM24 service due to lack of courier liability.
Free Post
- We use Tracked 48-hour service for free delivery on highly valued items
- Orders over £50 are FREE in the UK
General Shipping Information
Dispatch Times
Orders made before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day
Shipping Days
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders after cut-off on Friday ship on Monday
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (may take up to 72 hours during festive periods, sales, and promotions)
Saver Delivery Packaging
Items may be taken out of original packaging to reduce size and weight. All items will be sealed and original packaging provided if necessary
Delay Notifications
If your item is delayed for any unforeseen reason, we will notify you within 24 hours
International Shipping
We can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact our support team for details
Important Notes
- If a delivery timeframe is offered, please be aware this is an aim, not a guarantee.
- Once an item is dispatched and delayed by a third-party courier, Juice for Days cannot be held responsible.
