DHL Express- Cut off time for DHL delivery at 11 am for dispatch the same day, any order placed after 11 am will be posted the following day. DHL collection is Monday to Friday however if items are collected on Friday will not be delivered until following Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. No delivery on bank holiday.

Orders over 50 are free in the UK.

Saver delivery is £1.99(RM24) is for smaller items like a 10ml TPD bottle and replacement coil. Royal Mail 24 is used for this category of delivery. If you have any other item in your cart which is not under saver delivery it will charge for normal delivery in that class.

We ship Monday to Friday. Any order made after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

All the orders are processed within 24hours. It may take slightly longer during the festive period, any special situation, sale, and promotion activity but no longer than 72hours.

On the saver delivery, items may be taken out of original packaging to reduce the size and weight. However, all the items will be in a sealed and original outer packaging may be provided if necessary.
