YOU MUST TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE ITEMS WHILE THEY’RE IN YOUR POSSESSION. THEY MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO US, OR TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF LARGER ITEMS. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE PROMPTLY AT YOUR COST.
THESE REGULATIONS DON’T APPLY TO ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALISED OR TO INTIMATE, PERISHABLE OR TIME-CRITICAL GOODS. THIS INCLUDES BOTH E-LIQUIDS AND OPEN ACCESSORIES (COTTON,WICK,TANK,RDA COILS etc ), DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNED E-LIQUIDS OR OPEN ACCESSORIES THAT HAVE BEEN UNSEALED OR USED IN ANY WAY, AS THIS WOULD CONSTITUTE A HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY SEALED AND UNSEALED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE WILL ONLY ISSUES THE REFUND THE COST OF THE PRODUCT(NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGE) ONCE IT IS IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION AND WE HAVE INSPECTED THE GOODS.IF ANY ITEM IS NOT DELIVERABLE TO YOU DUE TO AN ERROR IN ADDRESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND ONLY AFTER THE ITEM IS RETURNED BACK TO US. WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE DELIVERY CHARGE AND ANY COMMISSION WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED.
All batteries have a 28 warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cigs batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days email us and we will send out a replacement.
Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body only subject to individual product and not chargers and batteries, the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty.
All products are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange.
Returns are to be paid by the customer unless we have sent a wrong item. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns.
