11.3.3 passing on data to organisations from which you have ordered any products and services; registering your details and allocating or offering you rewards, discounts or other benefits and fulfilling any requests or requirements you may have in respect of our and our group companies’ loyalty or reward programmes and other similar schemes;

DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES

YOU MUST TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE ITEMS WHILE THEY’RE IN YOUR POSSESSION. THEY MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO US, OR TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF LARGER ITEMS. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE PROMPTLY AT YOUR COST.
THESE REGULATIONS DON’T APPLY TO ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALISED OR TO INTIMATE, PERISHABLE OR TIME-CRITICAL GOODS. THIS INCLUDES BOTH E-LIQUIDS AND OPEN ACCESSORIES (COTTON,WICK,TANK,RDA COILS etc ), DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNED E-LIQUIDS OR OPEN ACCESSORIES THAT HAVE BEEN UNSEALED OR USED IN ANY WAY, AS THIS WOULD CONSTITUTE A HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY SEALED AND UNSEALED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE WILL ONLY ISSUES THE REFUND THE COST OF THE PRODUCT(NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGE) ONCE IT IS IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION AND WE HAVE INSPECTED THE GOODS.IF ANY ITEM IS NOT DELIVERABLE TO YOU DUE TO AN ERROR IN ADDRESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND ONLY AFTER THE ITEM IS RETURNED BACK TO US. All batteries have a 28 warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cigs batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days email us and we will send out a replacement.
Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body only subject to individual product and not chargers and batteries, the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty.
Please Note: Most manufacturers need the serial number that is usually found on the packaging, please keep all original packaging for the life span of your product. without original packaging items can not be returned.
All products dispatched from our warehouse are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange .
Returns are to be paid by the customer unless we have sent a wrong item. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. Here in Juice for Days we want you to have the items as early possible. We understand shipping fees can be very complicated so charge you a Flat rate. We use various companies’ i.e. Royal mail, APC, UPS and DPD depending on the size, shipping address and content of your package to ensure the items reach you quickly.
- Orders made before 11am dispatched the same day. Flat rate service will be delivered within 1-5 working days. Very rarely it may take up to 7working days.
- All the orders are charged at flat rate of £5 if it is below £50.
- Orders over 50 are free in UK.
- We ship Monday to Friday. Any order made after the cut off time on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- All the orders are processed within 24hours. It may take slightly longer during festive period, sale and promotion activity but no longer than 72hours.
- On the Reduced Postage, items may be taken out of original packaging to reduce the size and weight. However, all the items will be in a sealed and original packaging.
